The site currently publishes 22 calculators. Each one takes the numbers you enter, applies a documented formula, and shows the result immediately in your browser. Alongside every calculator we explain the formula used, the assumptions built into it, and the situations where a real-world figure will differ.

There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy. Calculations run in your browser; see the privacy policy for the analytics we use.

HomeCalc USA is an informational tool, not a lender, broker, tax authority, appraiser, insurer or contractor. We do not provide financial, tax, legal or construction advice, and we do not quote prices or approve loans. Results are estimates intended for planning and comparison.

We make no claims about professional credentials, industry awards or endorsements, because we have none to claim.

Financial calculators use standard published formulas such as the fixed-rate amortization equation. Material calculators use straightforward geometry and unit conversion, with density and coverage defaults that can be overridden with figures from your own supplier. Where a default is used, it is shown on the page so you can change it.
